Special   announcement: Following recent reports from the World Health  Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,  Nightclub & Bar Show announced we are forced to postpone the 2020  event running March 30-April 1 and we have rescheduled to June 22-24,  2020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

 Harbin, Heilongjiang, China.  The festival originated in Harbin’s traditional ice lantern show and garden party that takes place in winter, which began in 1963. It was interrupted for a number of years during the Cultural Revolution, but has since been resumed when an annual event at Zhaolin Park was announced on January 5, 1985.

As one of the world’s oldest and most vibrant Carnival celebrations, the tradition of Rio Carnival began in 1723. In the almost 300 years since its first colonial inception, the festival has grown into a week long party with more than 2 million people in
attendance. It is the biggest carnival of the year and begins every year just before Lent.
