This Membership Agreement is for a minimum commitment term of one (1) year.

The membership is brand-specific,

non-transferable, and valid only for the designated brand or studio purchased at the

time of enrollment.

Duration

This membership is valid for one full year beginning on the exact date of purchase.

Brand-Specific Use

This membership may only be used at the specific brand, studio, or location name associated with the membership purchase. It is not valid at partner companies, affiliated businesses, sister brands, or any other locations.

Non-Transferable Membership

Membership access is strictly personal and may not be transferred, shared, gifted, sold, or assigned to another individual, business, brand, or entity under any circumstances.

Restrictions apply

Payment Terms

Renewal

After the initial one-year membership term expires, the membership will not automatically renew. A new membership agreement form and payment must be completed to renew the membership.

Refund Policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. No refunds of membership fees will be issued under any circumstances.
